There are certain provisions that must be adhered to
concerning the
immigration policies in the Bahamas.
-International

International homeowners can
receive a Home Owners Residence Card, that
can be annually renewed for a low fee. This document will
allow the homeowner, his/her spouse and children entry and
residency in The Bahamas, for the time of the validity of the
document. To receive this document, one will have to address
the Department of Immigration.
-
Annual or Permanent Residence
Accelerated decision concerning issuing annual or permanent
residence will be given to large international investors and
owners of property worth $500,000 or more.
- Work Permit
During the
development of a business in The Bahamas, work permits will
be issued to the most important workers. Interested
companies are advised to discuss requirements for these with
The Bahamas Investment Authority.
